If you’ve ever had problems with bolting (plant goes to seed quickly and dies), you may want to try to plant cilantro like you would baby lettuce greens. This is a slow bolt variety though, so plants will bolt later than average.\u003cbr\u003ePlant about 8-10 seeds in a pot that are about an inch apart. When the greens get a few inches tall, snip them off. The leaves will grow back within a week and you can make some fresh salsa whenever you want. An added benefit is that baby greens tend to be healthier with their brand new growth. Talk about fresh! You will get harvest after harvest of fresh baby cilantro and when they start to decline, with 50 seeds, you’ll have a years worth of seeds to replace them with.
